Duane Reade pays to settle consumer case
Duane Reade International Inc. has agreed to pay $200,000 to settle charges it sold expired or overpriced non-prescription drugs, infant formula, baby food and other products at its New Jersey stores.
Duane Reade agreed to pay $175,000 in civil penalties and to reimburse the state $25,000 in investigative costs and attorneys' fees.
An additional $100,000 in civil penalties was suspended if the company adheres to the settlement over the next year

... I guess I don't need tell you the name of this store, but if you are not familiar with Duane Reade, visit them and see why they are "The Most Overpriced Drugstore in New York City".
Why did I started this fight? Because I leave in midtown Manhattan and have no other choice, but to shop in Duane Reade almost every day.
I guess you know how it's feels like to get ripped off from 20% up to 75% of regular price for things you need every day.
I was silent for two years, but I would like to change situation and I hope for YOUR help!
